Jeff Ikejiri is a Managing Director in the Legal Transformation Services group at Epiq. A litigator turned legal operations professional, he brings over 15 years of industry experience representing and working with a variety of organizations, including the Fortune 500, startups, and non-profits. Jeff focuses on bringing solutions that drive workflow efficiencies, cost savings, and technology enablement, and empower clients to leverage business intelligence to make better data driven decisions. He has worked with general counsels and heads of legal operations teams to develop outside counsel management programs that have reduced legal spend by over 30%, including an initiative that was recognized as an ACC Value Champion in 2017. Jeff has also collaborated with corporate legal and technology teams to implement contract management, document management, and eBilling/matter management systems. These initiatives have helped law departments “do more with less” and harness the power of data to demonstrate their value to the business. Jeff earned his B.B.A. from The College of William and Mary and his J.D. from Southwestern Law School.
